Return & Exchange Policy

At Stilo Sciddle, we strive to provide high-quality fashion products and ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of order delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The return request must be made within 7 days of order delivery.
✅ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
✅ All accessories, labels, price tags, original bill, and brand tags must be intact and not broken or torn.
✅ Products that are damaged, altered, or do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return & Exchange

❌ Products purchased under clearance sales, special discounts, or promotional offers are non-returnable.
Innerwear, socks, and customized products (e.g., personalized prints, embroidery, or customized fits) cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
❌ Any product that shows signs of use, washing, or wear & tear will not be eligible for return.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Submit a request via our Return Request Form (or email us at support@stilosciddle.com).
2️⃣ Provide order details, reason for return/exchange, and attach images (if required).
3️⃣ Our team will review the request and confirm the approval via email.
4️⃣ Once approved, return the product via your nearest courier service (return shipping costs may apply).
5️⃣ After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your exchange or refund within 7 business days.


4. Refund & Exchange Process

  • Exchange: If your requested size/product is available, we will dispatch the replacement once we receive the original product.
  • Refund: If you opt for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days after quality inspection.

5. Important Notes

⚠️ Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If cancellation is needed, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
⚠️ In case of a defective or wrong product received, kindly report it within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
